1. Not focusing on audit objective.

3. Not finding the right problem (Root Cause) and Solution.

4. Not getting timely review from Supervisor/Manager.
|
5. Not meeting the deadline.
|
6. Not collecting audit
evidence.

7. Your audit report requires rewrites (spelling, filler phrases,
grammar etc)

8. Not updated with requirements (statutory, standards, policy
etc.).

9. Not properly using data (data analytics).
|
10. Not following audit procedure.
